Alchemy Bodywork x REIKI?
Alchemy bodywork is an intuitive and unique blend of multiple modalities that works to clear energetic and emotional blocks within the body through physical and energetic touch.
The goals of bodywork can vary widely depending on the specific technique and the needs of the individual. Some common objectives include reducing muscle tension, improving circulation, promoting relaxation, enhancing flexibility, relieving pain, and supporting overall health and well-being.
What to expect?
During an Alchemy Bodywork session, I will work my way along your whole body.
We will start with the back, using various massage techniques to release blockages and tension. To intensify the healing modality, I will finish by healing the back body on an energetic level with Reiki. After working on the back body, we will turn our attention to the front body. Various massage techniques, somatic trigger point releases and Reiki will be applied here. Each session is accompanied by Healing Frequencies for an enhanced healing effect.
